It then expanded to South Asia, and now ravages the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia.

Graeme MacQueen is founding Director of the Centre for Peace Studies at McMaster University.
He participated in developing peace-building projects in Sri Lanka, Gaza, Croatia, Afghanistan. He also helped develop India's Women's Peace Brigade and serves on a Canadian Board supporting this initiative.
In recent years, he focused heavily on 9/11 studies. He's one of Consensus 9/11's distinguished panel members. He wrote four related research articles, and gives numerous talks and interviews on the topic.
Peace, 9/11, and related issues will be discussed.

John McMurtry is an internationally recognized moral and political philosopher who is an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and University Professor Emeritus at the University of Guelph, Ontario. His volumes on Philosophy and World Problems for UNESCO are globally published, and his widely translated works include the influential books, "Unequal Freedoms," "The Cancer State of Capitalism," and "Value Wars." McMurtry is also an active public advocate for global justice, world peace, and international law. Major world and national issues will be discussed.
