Stjepan Mestrovic is Professor of Sociology at Texas A&M University.
He was a consultant and expert witness for the International Court of the Tribunal for Yugoslavia. He provides similar services for US soldiers involved in court-martials and clemency hearings.
His books include "The Good Soldier on Trial: A Sociological Study of Misconduct by the US Military Pertaining to Operation Iron Triangle, Iraq."
It deals with the conviction of Pfc. Corey Clagett for killing two unarmed Iraqis and trying to kill a third. Mestrovic testified on his behalf at his clemency hearing.
Bill Hunsaker also joins the show.

At age 94, Dowd is still active and vibrant. Through the late 1990s, he was an economic historian at Cornell, UC Berkeley and elsewhere. It went right along with his activism and progressive thinking.
He's still writing books and articles. His latest book is titled "Inequality and the Global Economic Crisis." His latest article is called "US Capitalism and Militarism in Crisis."
Major world issues will be discussed.

His "Making of Modern Japan" won the 2001 nonfiction Pulitzer prize.
